You must be legally able to agree to these terms and meet the minimum digital-consent age in your country. Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information.
2. Challenges and physical safety
Use your judgment before accepting any challenge. Do not perform activities beyond your ability, in unsafe locations, while driving, or where they could harm you, another person, an animal or property. Stop immediately if an activity feels unsafe.
3. User content
You retain ownership of content you create. By making content public, you grant us a limited license to host, display and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the service. You must have permission to record and share every identifiable person in your content.
4. Prohibited conduct
Do not submit illegal, sexual, violent, hateful, deceptive, harassing, infringing or dangerous content; manipulate scores; impersonate others; evade moderation; scrape private data; or interfere with the service.
5. Moderation
We may limit visibility, remove content, restrict publishing or suspend accounts when needed for safety, integrity or legal compliance. Automated checks can be wrong; contact support if you believe a decision needs review.
6. Service availability
The service may change, pause or end. Features, rewards, rankings and virtual items have no cash value unless explicitly stated. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or preservation of every result.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Random Challenge is provided “as is” to the extent allowed by law. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is safe. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
